ToonTown: test server changes |

The following changes have been released to the ToonTown test server, bringing the game version to sv1.0.30.10.test.
ToonTown sv1.0.30.10.test Patch Notes- Fixed client crash which occurs when you exit the game right after having played the Treasure Dive trolley game.
- Removed the moving block at the bottom of the hill in the golf hole "Afternoon Tee 2".
- Fixed a problem in minigolf which sometimes caused the post hole-sinking celebratory animation to freeze on the spectator Toons' screen.
- Fixed problem which caused the crowd noise sound f/x to overlap between multiple Toons' turns.
- Added a "Triple Bogey" score type for sinking the golf ball on the last possible shot of the hole.
