Gamespot is reporting that "Raph Koster, chief creative officer of Sony Online Entertainment, and one of the leaders behind the development of Star Wars Galaxies, has left the company, SOE reps confirmed today."
Kostner was Lead Designer for Ultima Online and then Lead Designer for Star Wars Galaxies. He is the man behind most of the concept of SWG pre NGE. After the SWG launch, he was offered the chief creative officer at SOE. The Gamespot article can be found here .
