During the last week end, the first non-test Legends of Norrath tournament has been played by thousands of US players. Many non US gamers also bought the 10 event passes (total price of 10$ + taxes) requested to participate, but when they submitted a request to join the event, they received a system message saying that for legal reasons the event was open only to US players.
Following many players complaints, SOE announced that any player who bought the 10 passes that couldn't use will receive a reimbursement.

Many SOE customers are still confused and cannot understand why it is possible for players all around the world to participate to tournaments for other SOE card games but not for LON.
